Investment, development and operation of renewable energy projects

Projects

Vrpolje, Croatia

In the Vrpolje Industrial zone there is a 1.2 MWe and 2 MWth power plant that uses gasification
technology to produce electricity and heat from wood chips. The plant will generate enough electricity
to power approximately 2,000 homes each year. The heat produced during the process is used to dry
the wood chips that form the raw material for the cogeneration plant.

Croatia Energy Project

Belišće, Croatia

In the Belišće Industrial zone, the construction of two cogeneration plants for the gasification of wood
chips with a capacity of 1.2 MWe and 1.3 MWe and a thermal energy capacity of 2 MWth and 2,225
MWth was completed. The plants are expected to be fully operational in 2022. These plants will
generate enough electricity to power approximately 4,200 homes each year.

Croatia Energy Project

Šibenik, Croatia

In the Šibenik Industrial zone, in 2022, construction of a cogeneration plant for the gasification of
wood chips with a capacity of 2.0 MWe and 3.5 MWth began. The existing facility is expected to be in
full operation in mid-2022.
